"I just cancelled a life insurance....."

I just cancelled a life insurance with another supplier which didn't meet my requirements.
I stubbled on saveonlife.com & filled in some details but I thought I'd go direct to Sunlife.
I didn't Know where to start & messed up the application.
A man from SOL rang me, within 20 minutes he had me covered.
