I have been a customer for 6 years now when I was first introduced to floor heating!
I love it! Had some teething issues with thermostat, which were replaced and was given advice re heating settings ...
Since then I was advised of new touch screen thermostats which are very sleek design and a lot easier to program!
I recently had to purchase new mats as the old ones got damaged - Covid or not the phones are always answered and customer service is 5*! Delivery is next day!

"aluminium foil version"

I bought aluminium foil version to go under appropriate laminate flooring including the impact plus insulation and an i8 thermostat. I’m very pleased with the quality of all the products and the installation was straight forward as I followed the instructions to the letter. I have a 3sq meter roll that was 0.5m wide by 6 meters long so I had to make three cuts to turn the mat around. I took great care doing this and covered the turn with the supplied foil tape.
Would definitely recommend.
