"Hidden rules/Trailing Drawdown for Access Challenge"

I ordered an Atlas Access Challenge because the "pay after passing" feature sounds very good. I traded the account for a while until I got breached for violating the max loss. To my surprise the drawdown in the Access Challenge is not absolute but rather trailing. This is neither mentioned in the FAQ's nor in the T&C's. According to the FAQ's and the support staff in the discord channel all models operate on an absolute drawdown model.
I opened a ticket in Discord but it was closed without any response. Then I wrote an E-Mail to support but also got no response.

They have annoying servers, fake giveaways. Further the support on discord lash on people instead of accepting the issue. My mention is specifically to James Beali. Atlas has worst support, website got hanged just by 100 users 🤣

I won a 10k account of Atlas Funded on X via Giveaway. Their support was quick to provide me my account. Till now, I have zero complaints with them.Their rules are pretty clear, Their spreads are also good and i haven't found complaints related to payout.Right now, I am in challenge phase.Hopefully, I will get funded and reach to payout.
