"Why is this facility closed"

Why is this facility closed when there is little or no risk of contracting coronavirus here. I think the owners are taking advantage of this crisis to take a paid holiday at our expense and should offer a refund.

Excellent service, the staff were very accommodating when I needed to up the size I needed. The van rental was very reasonable. Highly recommend this storage facility. Units are well secured clean and tidy.

Simple process to begin with, easy access to storage and very simple to cancel the storage space. I even had a partial refund on cancellation. Bonus!

Friendly customer service, helpful and explained all units. Good offer as half price for 2 months. Bit price6 afterwards, however so is all storage! Some units were not cleaned afterwards, so pick and mix. Good options of sizes available and open on Saturday. The contract was not clearly explained in regard to notice periods, so this was a bit of a surprise.
