They make their money from services after sales. They give limited explicit care information at start (e.g., hard water area issues). They then make you pay for the yearly service (minimum £250 depending on the tub) to keep the 10 year warranty going. However, the mechanical parts are only under a 2 year warranty, its the shell under 10 years - why do you need a service for that? Its a con to get you to spend a further £2500+ with them. The call out fee and parts are over double what you would get charged from a local engineer - I suggest don't go anywhere near their servicing, they'll find user fault in any problems anyway and the warranty is useless.

We took delivery of our Cannes hot tub 2017. We found a flaw in the shell. The tub was replaced. However since having the replacement tub, we've encountered three leaks! We paid for the annual maintenance of £250, we were under the impression that this kept the guarantee going. Apparently the guarantee starts with the original tub, therefore we have to pay for call out, parts and fitting. The last two leaks have been in a space of a couple months and The Hot Tub Company want another £440 on top of the previous £500 . My husband is a plumber and says the parts are cheap, thats why they tend to leak!
I was told that the leaks were basically my fault because the ph balance of the water was not correct! I took offence to this ,because my Tub is my Pride and Joy and I look after it!
