Price was right and despatch was prompt on the Thursday. Website easy to use and purchase on. Only downside was DHL inexplicably delayed the parcel en route so I didn’t receive the battery until the following Tuesday.

"Battery installation to supplement existing solar panels."

I already had solar panels and wanted to supplement them with batteries. I had a slow start due to lack of batteries, however the installation went well, although a little poor on information at handover. My impression is that they are more used to dealing with commercial clients, than the elderly shall we say less technical members of the public.
Having said that the system as they recommended is now working well, this time of year my batteries are charged during my low rate economy 7 night time, and running the majority of my day consumption. During the summer I will run on solar charge during the day to supply my night time use.
Overall I am very pleased with the project.

As a customer I really felt that the whole experience was as good asit could be. A battery was delivered and fited in a very short period of te and the fitter was both efficient and courteous. Through my mistake I had actually given some wrong information to Adam which required a battery change.This too was carried out at the unit, at a time convenient me and in a very efficient, professional and friendly way. Absolutely delighted with the whole process. Thankyou so much and keep doing g what you are doing.

This company has superb customer service. Not only have they fitted a second campervan electrical system for me, but it’s like a piece of art. No wires just sticking out looking messy. Everything in its place tied and bolted down.

I have future projects in the pipe line, and this is the only company I’d trust.

"Avoid like the plague"

Avoid like the plague! These jokers overcharged me by £60 to what’s advertised on their website and in there shop, so I questioned why and then he tired to take off 20% and completely messed that up as well. It wasn’t until my friend said it’s not that much on the website as I brought the bits for him, so I could convert his van, but he only gave me £90 and it came to £151.67 . So I called the shop and told them that they’d overcharged me and I was bringing it all back. And then I received my refund off £113.94. And not the £151.67 that they’d charged me. Absolutely disgusting. If they don’t pay me back within 48 hours I’ll be taking this to trading standards, I thought I’d shop locally to keep the money in the Southwest, but I’ll never ever go back there again. There prices are extremely overpriced and they were no help whatsoever at the time of buying it. Buy from somewhere else and save yourself the stressful mess I’ve just been through with them.
