"Ask for Charlotte :)"

Charlotte has been so helpful throughout booking Disney World Florida with Ocean Florida. Nothing is too much! I have never been to florida before and she has honestly taken the stress out of sorting park tickets etc, sending how to guides along with emails and answers any queries as quickly as possible. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

"Flint was amazing on our original…"

Flint was amazing on our original booking but we then had to rebook due to visa issues and I have to say we have had a rubbish deal. Service wasn’t great and didn’t really want to help as we bass already paid our deposit, seemed like a like it or lump it attitude 😔

The team at Ocean Florida are experts and this was evident when discussing holiday options. Agents had visited Florida and we're able to give first hand advice. Support was available both in the UK and in Florida providing a seamless service. They were responsive to our needs and dealt with any concern efficiently. The standard of accommodation matched our expectations and the team in Florida equally as responsive.

"Aftercare"

They was quick to take our money but when we had a problem passed the buck and took 2 months to sort out also when we got to the hotel late at night we had to hang around for about 30 mins for them to sort out our stay as they didn't send the right information to the hotel so I would like to say don't think much of after care

"Nashville, Tennessee"

Your service was second to none, but I was not impressed by the Maxwell House Millenium Hotel in Nashville.. Arrived early Tuesday evening to find no bar or restaurant open. Seemingly they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Hardly any staff. Bedroom very comfortable with lovely views, but no-one ever came to tidy the room or made the the bed.Towels never changed and the shower was not working. Evening entertainment consisted of four old men sat in a row playing their own folk music compositions. When they packed up, four more old men got up and did exactly the same thing. I thought this is all a dream and I'll wake up soon but no. The lady who was on the bar had also served my breakfast and told me that she had been on duty since 1.30 that morning. The Lady who drove the shuttle bus was great and very helpfull.She seemed to do everything in the hotel. My trip to Jack Daniels did not happen as the taxi did not arrive to take me downtown to catch the bus so it went without me. $97 dollars down the drain but couuld not blame the hotel for that.Getting a taxi in Nashville is an ordeal. Downtown Nashville was an experience I'll never forget .Broadway / Music row and the museums were magic and the people were lovely, but I would not recommend the hotel. They blamed the staff shortage on the pandemic.I will stick to cruising with Fred Olsen in future. Thankyou for all you help. Michael Johnson.

"Danielle made booking our holiday…"

Danielle made booking our holiday really easy. She was very honest and truthful about accommodations. A lot of her feedback was due to personal experience so that helped even more. I was very impressed that we were able to not only book our holiday 2.5 years in advance but also our flights too. Very good service and we will be booking our Universal tickets through this company closer to the time of departure.

"Knowledgable & honest"

Matt was super helpful through out the booking process. I changed my mind multiple times on what I wanted and he never seemed bothered. He also wasn’t pushy for a sale which is always nice. Matt knew what he was talking about and having only ever stayed in villas in Orlando before, the hotel side of it was all new to me. He gave me so much information about resort fees etc that I wouldn’t have known otherwise and helped me to make a decision on where to stay. The deposit process was seamless and it was so quick to get the Disney my experience code after booking, I expected to wait a year till it was paid off! Looking forward to the holiday in 18 months time but would recommend so far!
