"I am very disappointed in the cupcakes…"

I am very disappointed in the cupcakes , they were as hard as a rock yesterday at 3:30 in the afternoon !! They were absolutely disgusting and not one of our guests liked them, it really upsets me considering the price tag you have on your products yet they’re not fresh …

Something needs to be addressed here very appalling how do I leave a review ,

FYI yes I did still have cupcakes leftover at the time of making my complaint and because of that I got a refund as well as asked not to leave my review, but too bad buddy everyone needs to know what these guys do to save a crappy review. The owner tried to rectify the issue by a phone call , it was kinda like he was testing me to see if I had eaten em all then made a complaint, wasn’t the case, I told him I had some leftover if he’d like to try it himself and tell me weather or not they were freshly baked that morning , got my refund in the end

I love the cakes from Elite cakes. They have the most delicious red velvet that ever had. The service was great. They always answer in a great time. Diane was very good to help me to decide the cake for my daughter's first birthday. I delighted that I found them. Thanks for everything.

Chocolate drip winter cake was gorgeous and delicious! The cake itself was a little dry and hard in spots, otherwise perfect. The frosting was delicious and not overly sweet.
