I have placed quite a few online orders over the past couple of years and each one has been great. The staff are very helpful and promptly answer questions/provide information. The kits I've ordered has been wonderful. They come well organzied, and have literally everything you need! I highly recommend this store.

I was sold a digital copy that was not in order or complete. I suspect it is not a legitimate copy from the publisher and you refused to give me my money back ….. you took days trying to fix it and did a crap job and your customer service is beyond atrocious!!!

"Beautiful French Roses fabric"

I was searching for a fabric (French roses) that was or is being discontinued. I found it searching online and went to order what I thought was going to be only be a half yard which I would take because I needed it in hopes of finding more. The owner of the shop reached out to me the following day and said that their inventory was off, which I was able to order more of the fabric I need to finish the quilt. I was very excited to get that email and happy that the quilt will come out just how I planned it ! :). No more searching, yay!
Customer Service was perfect in every way adding the extra fabric to my order without any extra shipping cost.
Thank you very very much for all that you do, so glad to have discovered The Quilt Boutique shop in Canada
