"Excellent Property Conveyancing Service"

We have purchased properties and transferred ownership thanks to the efforts of Michelle and her colleagues.
We were given clear indications of costs before work started and kept informed throughout the process. Additional obstacles were encountered in some cases: these were clearly explained, additional costs agreed, problems dealt with, and completions executed in a timely fashion.
Documentation was shared on a dedicated platform, allowing the exchange of confidential information.
We were delighted with the services provided and have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her colleagues for all aspects of property conveyancing.

Received a highly professional service from Michelle O'Shea's. We were kept fully up-to-date and any question asked was no trouble to answer. We were always spoken to in a polite and friendly manner. "Worth their weight in gold!"

We can't praise the team at Michelle O'Shea highly enough - they are leagues ahead of other conveyancing firms and during a 7-month-long house sale and purchasing process, it really made all the difference to have their support.

They are thorough, organised and extremely competent. Their approach to conveyancing is super slick and they explain things in layman's terms right from the start. We greatly appreciated their regular updates through the InTouch portal, which meant we weren't ever having to chase for information. All communications in fact, whether by email, post, over the phone, or via the portal, have been great.

Our dedicated conveyancer Megan has been brilliant throughout. She responded to all of our messages and questions in a timely, professional manner. Even when some of our emails were overwhelmingly long with many questions! She's been a pleasure to work with and we always felt confident that she was on the case for us, especially towards the point of contracts exchange, which can be like herding cats!

If ever Megan was absent and we required a quick response, other members of the team were on top of all emails and stepped in to help where possible.

Later this year we'll need to remortgage and we won't hesitate to go back to Michelle O'Shea for their help with this.

In our experience, when you find an amazing conveyancer, you need to hold onto them, because they are worth their weight in gold during one of life's most stressful events.

A massive thanks to Megan and the team - keep up the fantastic work!

"Exceptional"

While our property sale was somewhat protracted as a result of a challenging buyer, Michelle OShea and in particular Sarah provided an exceptional service to us throughout. Responsive, professsional and knowledgeable, we would without doubt recommend their services wholeheartedly. This is the third time we have used the company to sell property, and each time quite superb. Thank you.

"Excellent conveyancing service"

Sarah Atterbury of Michelle O'Shea and Co has acted as my conveyancing solicitor three times, for one sale and two purchases (one of which didn't complete). The service was reliable and professional at all times, with prompt and clear communication. I trust them, and would definitely use them again.

"Do Not Use"


We had a really terrible experience trying to use this firm. We were asked a series of questions over the phone and not provided a record of those answers until it was realised that one answer was incorrect and they could not act on our behalf. It should be any office’s procedure to send a copy of questions asked over the phone and the answers via email after the call. A copy would have identified the issue and no money would have been spent.

Michelle has been rude, accusatory and demeaning to try to talk to. Her first email to me stated she was no longer replying to me. She has no interest in bettering a bad situation.

"Awful experience…"

I wish if I could reply to the response I receive for my previous review. I would say your reply speaks for itself how angry you can get and proves you loose your patience frequently. Your staff is amazing don’t you think if you start screaming on clients its going to effect future conversations. I do feel sorry for them having to deal with this I am sure this is not the first time. Your response is full of arrogance and anger. As your client I tried to explain my experience and no one should experience what I did so your job is to learn from it and making sure it doesn’t happen again as all clients are not the same.

It is unfortunate that you have failed to mention why Michelle O'Shea spoke to you in the way she did. Every time you emailed you literally called within a few minutes, expecting me to not only have seen your email but able to act on it. You were made aware of how busy I was and not able to deal with your emails as soon as they arrive. Even on the day of transferring the balance to you, you called to speak to me within a few minutes of having sent an email and were advised I was on another call. I was on that call for some time. You then called 20 minutes later and because I was still on that call you was extremely rude to a member of my staff and DEMANDED that I called you back before 5pm and transferred the money by them. That call was made at around 4.25 pm. So it seems that you feel it is acceptable to be rude and demanding with us but we cannot be stern with you. I am pleased actually that you would not use us again because I would not want to act for such a rude client ever again”
