"These people want their customers to be happy."

I ordered a G5 concentrator for my wife. After 3 days, I had heard nothing from O2 or UPS about it having been shipped. I spoke with Diane via chat. Things started to happen immediately. She contacted UPS. The concentrator arrived within 48 hours. Andrew, also from O2 phoned me twice on the day of delivery just to make sure it was delivered and to confirm that everything worked. Outstanding service!

O2 feels that they can lie and mislead with impunity. O2 falsely claimed that I owed them £247.00 when my O2 contract via Carphone Warehouse ended in August 21? O2 and Lowell Financial have been asked to justify their debt claim and provide evidence? I'm still waiting some 5 months for O2 evidence that I owe O2 money

"If I could give less than a star I…"

If I could give less than a star I would please please please do not do business with this company. Run anywhere other than here. Nothing but excuses and run around with Andrew, over a month and a half and no machine a loaner that never worked. I understand that people are human. But communication goes a very long way when you are trying to purchase things. No accountability on the side of the business or the business operation. He claims to have a military contract as well but that needs to change if he does. I would not want this kind of customer service provided to our men who served.
If you want to have money tied up and get many excuses do business with Andrew. If not go somewhere else. Not to mention him giving his own reviews. Also asking me to take down my google review!

"Worst of a Bad group"

A could write a big paragraph on how incompetent 02 are but am just gona stick with Vodaphone are worse. I’ve had problems in my house for over a year now and they just keep saying it’s the last we’ll get to it eventually.
What’s £50 a month for something that doesn’t work.

My experience was positive. Andrew is a helpful and kind person. He is running a small business with a very high demand, life-improving product and doing so to the best of his ability. Andrew will resolve any concerns that you. I purchased a Philips oxygen concentrator and everything went smoothly. I would purchase from O2Assist again.

"Trust me"

Trust me. This is accurate. Vietnam ‘69-70, FBINA 143, retired LEO. Stage 4 from agent orange.
I purchased one unit and then was sent a second without request. Over $4000 in O2 machines. Then he made a offer to be partners in business. Needed an investor to help his struggling business. Thousand of dollars later an excuse. I have a hundred pages in emails and text messages from him. legal docs prepared. State g, etc, etc. setup vendors. Setup the entire business. As it was about to open after licensing, hiring he refused.
Now. An empty office. Thousands gone. Still stage 4. 24hrs on O2. Never was a competitor.

"Still trying to resolve initial…"

Still trying to resolve initial purchase. Beware that Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful UNTIL it became necessary to return the units. I returned both units that I purchased but have had to get both credit card companies involved to get 1 of 2 refunds. I am still working with Chase credit and BBB to get ANY refund on first unit even though it was returned to company in like new condition as instructed with their return label after 30 minutes of use. I have never received an invoice on either purchase. That should have been a Red Flag.
According to FDA this company is operating in violation of Federal and State law by selling durable medical equipment without the required Medical Prescription. This could be deadly as my father found out after trying the recommended Portable Oxygen Concentrator sold to me for him. As the company had NO medical information on my father and it was never requested it turned out that both units were significantly too underpowered to support his Oxygen Level. Within 30 minutes on the unit his Oxygen saturation dropped to the 70’s. Andrew talked me into purchasing a 2nd unit that was larger that brought his 02 only to low 80’s. His COPD is obviously too far advanced for a portable unit. THAT is why the FDA requires a PRESCRIPTION that prevents this situation from happening.
The FDA reported that this practice has become a common SCAM with Internet Sellers as they know that FDA cannot get involved after sale.
If you deal with this company be forewarned. Andrew’s initial helpfulness and compassion will quickly disappear if the purchase does not work out.
