I found UK HEALTH KITS LTS on the gov.uk website. After a thorough search I found them to be the cheapest ones available.
I was skeptical initially as I had overviewed their Ts and Cs and the number published for them on gov.uk is incorrect (genuine mistake, one wrong digit). I managed to locate their correct number in my order confirmation email. Not only they replied to my emails but they also called me back.
