I made my booking through an agent named Tyler, he was very prompt in responding and offered excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend Travelheights.

If you work hard for your money and like a stress free life.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! Take my word for it I learned the hard way. Enough said.

I would strongly advise against booking a flight with this company.

After booking a flight that was cancelled last year due to coronavirus, I got in touch to request a refund. Initially, I was told I was not eligible for a refund, the reason being my flight had already taken off, I was told this 3 months before my flight was scheduled for departure.

Following this, I was told I was not eligible for a refund but instead I could be offered a voucher. The reason for this, I was told, was because the airline I had booked with was refusing to refund the flights they had cancelled. I checked the policy of the airline and they stated they were giving refunds for cancelled flights. Furthermore, the other members of the party I was flying on the same flight with were given a refund. When I confronted a Travel Heights agent with this information they ignored me and repeated the line that the airline was not giving refunds.

After many months of back and forth calls, Travel Heights changed their line and stated that the airline was now giving refunds for the flight. Since then, the date which I have been told to expect my refund has been pushed back again and again. It has now been nearly a year since I first got in touch with them about a refund and I am still no further.

In an attempt to resolve the situation, I mailed them a letter of a breach of contract. This letter was sent back to me by the royal mail as the company I had addressed the letter to did not reside at that address. Following this I sent this same letter over email, it has been around 2 months since I emailed the letter and I still have not received any response.

Overall, my experience with Travel Heights has been a nightmare. I have spent many wasted hours over the phone, writing letters and sending emails with the result of being no closer to receiving a refund as when I first started, now, nearly a full year ago. I would strongly advise booking a holiday with this company to avoid finding yourself in the same situation I find myself in because of them.

Stay away from this company. They are SCAMMERS and LIARS.
We had the worst ticket booking experience with this company. We were redirected to them from BRAVOFLY ticket search engine. It was a huge mistake to book tickets with them.
A day after we transferred them the money for the tickets they came up with the lie that the flight was oversold and there were no seats left for us offering us a ridiculous itinerary. We rejected it and they continued calling us offering us other options. One of them we accepted and asked them to book the tickets since they already had our money. For 2 days they were keeping us distressed promising the tickets in a few hours again and again and being very rude with us on the phone asking us to leave them alone so that they could do their work. They have even managed to produce fake booking reference numbers. When we realized that we won’t get the tickets from them, we booked tickets directly from the airline and asked TRAVELHEIGHT to refund the money. They promised to do it in 7-10 days. It has been a month since our request. We still have not got a refund. Every time we call them they come up with a new lie and silly excuses. It has been a huge mistake and a total nightmare to deal with TRAVEL HEIGHTS/ EZEE TRAVEL. There is no place for companies like them to deceive customers. They should be banned from trading.
We want to share this terrible experience and warn you to stay away from them at all costs. We don’ want anyone to suffer financially and emotionally like we did.
