"Cold called by someone who didn't…"
Cold called by someone who didn't introduce himself, the company he represents or what he was even trying to do. He then started asking me about details of our energy contracts. When I pointed out I didn't know who he was or the company he was calling from he did then tell me but made sure I knew he thought I was rude. For his bosses at 'The Energy Supermarket', Tommy needs a bit of basic training. The call is recorded if you want to hear it.
UPDATE: I have received a call from Paul, one of the directors of Energy Supermarket. He provided a full and frank apology and explained that the company had reviewed the call. It doesn't completely excuse the initial behaviour but shows that the company takes feedback seriously. I have amended my rating from a 1 Star to a 3 accordingly.
