"Order Never Shipped"

I ordered on 12/23/24. By 12/27/27 they had not shipped my order yet. I tried their customer service number and no answer. I tried their chat and no response. I emailed them for three days in a row after the 27th and never got a response. Finally I got an email saying I was refunded. They never shipped my order after over a week. Thankfully at least I got a refund that I didn't even ask for. They never did communicate with me other than an auto generated refund email.
