"Modern and fast clinic"

I started my treatment in October last year and had around four or five appointments at the dental clinic. During that time, I had two teeth extracted and one implant fitted. I was also informed about the next steps in Phase Two, including a price breakdown and the treatment plan.

I returned for Phase Two at the beginning of April this year. During this stage, I had another implant placed and three zirconium crowns fitted. The clinic itself seems quite modern and professional, and overall, I’m fairly happy with the results. However, I do feel that communication is lacking.

Maybe it’s because I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done in Lithuania, where they always explain everything in detail, wait for your confirmation, and make sure you’re fully informed before proceeding. At this clinic, it felt more like they just went ahead without really consulting me or clearly explaining what was happening. The staff were friendly, but most of the time they seemed to be talking among themselves In Turkish rather than keeping me informed. I often felt left out, not knowing what the next step was or what they were doing.

My teeth feel fine now, and I’m not complaining about the actual dental work. However, I am a bit concerned about grinding my teeth and the long-term impact it might have. Also, when the crowns (or bridges) were put in, I noticed that some of my healthy teeth had been filed down, and this wasn’t properly explained to me beforehand. That left me quite upset.

When I first started treatment, I was told I would be getting two implants. But when I returned, they only planned for one. I had to ask about the second implant and clarify the cost, since I had originally paid for two. Only after I brought it up did they adjust the price.

In summary, the clinic seems modern and the treatment quality is decent, but the lack of communication made me feel uneasy. I’m generally happy with the outcome. If I had to rate my overall experience, I’d give it a 8 out of 10.

"1st class experience "

I have gone years with broken, and missing teeth. When another one broke, I decided to take the plunge and get them sorted. We were already going to turkey for a holiday, so did my research and Focus appeared the best for me. From the very first communication, they were 1st class.
Told them my issues and sent pictures. The price they gave me was better than expected, and much better than the uk.
Needless to say I very nervous when I got there but, they were superb. Once they did the full xrays, they advised me I didn't need as much work as first thought, and the price ended up being £500 cheaper.
The technicians were amazing. Always making sure I was OK and taking their time to get it right. So much so, they came in early on my last day to make sure I had no issues.
Now back home and I am absolutely delighted. Thanks to all the staff, you were awesome.

"A year ago I went to Focus Dental in…"

A year ago I went to Focus Dental in Bodrum to have my zirconia crown bridges removed and replaced with single crowns.The whole experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly professional and all spoke excellent English, wich made the process smooth and comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and the care received. Highly recommend Focus Dental for anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

"Dental journey with Focus Dental Clinic Bodrum"

My dental journey with Focus Dental Clinic is absolutely exceptional. My dental crowns were over 2 decades old so it really needs replacement. I searched online for reputable clinics in Turkey and soon enough, a handful of clinics were contacting me. Some of them even have meet ups with dentist in Dublin and I've attended about 3 of those. Most of them are not as how they advertise though.
I came across Focus Dental Clinic in facebook and I find communicating with them very easy. They are straightforward and not hard selling like others. They told me the prices per tooth of crowns/implant/root canal/ extraction so I kind of expect how much I'm going to need for my teeth. They also gave me time to think about my treatment plan. As soon as I decided, they gave me an appointment and flew to Bodrum Turkey.
In my first meeting, I had scan and my dentists discussed the treatment plans with me. It was an informed decision. That same day, I had dental works done for about 3hours, removing my old crowns, doing root canal, preparing my teeth for new crowns, taking impressions and putting a temporary teeth. The whole procedure was painless. I went back the following day and had my implants done. On the 4th day, I had my crowns and veneers put on. They were all very professional and highly commendable, from staff to dental nurses to my dentists Dr. Soykan and Dr. Ozdemir. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Their expertise was evident in every aspect of the dental process and the amazing outcome.
The clinic is clean, modern, uses state of the art equipment/scans and a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the entire team was dedicated to giving their patients a high standard of care.
Overall, my experience with Focus Dental was wonderful and truly exceeded my expectations. Now I can smile with confidence and really loving my new teeth.

It's my third visit to Focus Dental, and I absolutely loved the experience. The reception team were helpful, efficient and ensured the whole treatment process was smooth. The doctor was very positive, friendly, outgoing with a great smile and sense of humour. "A very professional company"

I found Focus Dental extremely professional to deal with. I had broken a bridge that I had for approx 25 years. When I visited them they they had all the modern equipment to do a complete scan of my mouth. They came up with a plan which they advised would be best to rebuild my teeth but left the final decision as to what to do up to me. I needed 4 implants & 2 crowns which they did all of the preparation work during my 1st visits. I had to wait approx 3 months to allow the implants settle & had the work completed during my next visit.They matched the colour of my bottom teeth as I didn't want the gleaming white Turkey teeth look. Appointments were always seen to on time & I would highly recommend Focus Dental
