"Good service"

Good service. Recently made an order following a YouTube advert from a channel I watch. Informed by composite that it was out of stock due to supplier issues and it would take a bit longer. Arrived when they said it would, packaged well and a free magazine as a gift. Will be using again, especially when compared to other suppliers who have let me down recently.

I recently order some minis from these guys and it wasn't the easiest time. That, however was not their fault, it was due to delayed stock from GW and the Royal Mail strikes. I emailed them a couple of times to get an order update and was responded to same day. They were incredibly helpful and informative, explaining the situation and apologising. As a retail store owner myself, I fully understand the issues they had and it was handled in an incredibly professional manner. Add to that their very reasonable prices and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent store with some amazing staff memebers who are very helpful and very knowledgeable with everything. They are respectful to there customers and helpful to people that come in and ask questions. Dan the store manger is very helpful when playing games full of knowledge and helpful when learning to play games. Not a bad world to say about the store or shop

"Found this shop on Saturday the 2nd of…"

Found this shop on Saturday the 2nd of July. Had been looking to start a new warhammer 40000 army. It was busy in the store but the store manager Dan was fantastic at helping me and helping with the games happening in the store.
Got what I was looking for and for a cheaper price as well so a win all round. Brilliant store with fantastic staff would highly recommend.

One and done.
I made an order for Composite Games after watching a YouTube video, the video maker and Composite Games have a working relationship judging by the opening of said video, having used ElementGames and WaylandGames in the past I thought I’d give them a go, same price and I get to support the YouTuber.
After navigating a fairly ropey website I placed an order, after a week I emailed Composite Games to get an update as I had heard nothing, no reply, 13 days after placing the order I got an email saying it had been posted, almost 2 week delivery time and zero communication just isn’t good enough when competing with other hobby shops.
Save yourself hassle and use WalandGames or ElementGames instead, they’re just better.

10/10. I had made a mistake on the pre order for a highly anticipated box set, and I gave them a call to see if we could get it resolved. They went above and beyond and resolved the issue so quickly, couldn't be happier!
