Rumsey's were very helpful when placing my first order. Received within a few days and the note from Ella who made up the order was a nice personal touch. Needless to say the chocolates are delicious and the best that I have ever tasted.

The chocolates are of very good quality and commensurately expensive. Easy to choose a specific selection but would be helpful if a running total of numbers chosen was available.

Nearly all mail-orders are likely to be gifts, thus it is incredible that the box is sent out advertising the fact that they are Handmade Chocolates, thus guaranteed to spoil any surprise if the intended recipient receives them from the postman / courier: totally unnecessary and thoughtful marketing.

Rich flavours melt and envelope the inside of your mouth and you think...now this is a good chocolate, this is an amazing flavour...what pale imitation have I been consuming before? Then you realise that not all chocolate is created equally but you can still rest happy knowing where to find the best.
