"Fake product "
I ordered a Japanese Matsato knife. These knives are always engraved with the ‘Matsato’ name, as are the cases.This knife is clearly NOT a genuine Matsato knife. No indication of the brand is present.
I have contacted Topvira for their explanation, and will expect a full refund.
Postage was also slow, despite promises of fast service.
Having now read reviews of Topvira, I see they are known for providing fake goods. Can’t wait to hear their explanation, but will never shop with them again, and cannot recommend others to do so.
I will update this review depending on their reply.
UPDATE:
I have had several emails from Topvira, each of them insisting that the product I ordered and received were the same. When you zoom in on the photo of the knife on their website, you can see that it is not a Matsato knife, despite them advertising it as one. Why would you even think of doing this, unless you were already in the know? Anyway, below is their last email, still insisting I have the right product and completely ignoring the fact that it is not Matsato, and also maintaining that if I want a refund, the product must be posted at my own expense to an address in the U.S.A, while they are clearly in the U.K. and not Paris, as they claim:

Please note that threats and blackmail (aka if you don't do what I want, I will take further actions against you) will get you nowhere.
You have received the exact product that was advertised, as is easily confirmed by comparing the pictures.
We have provided you with the process for returning the item and obtaining a full refund. The next step is up to you. You can decide to follow this process and obtain a full refund, or not. It's entirely up to you.
I can confirm however, without absolute certainty, that attempting to argue with us or bully us with TrustPilot will unfortunately achieve nothing.

"Wrong product delivered"
Wrong product delivered, took them 3 weeks to tell me it was correct according to their warehouse. The wrong brand was also in the wrong colour. I have proof in the form of an order confirmation, so not just saying this.
When I complained again, they informed me I could return the products to USA. Who is paying for that I wonder? Last but not least I asked them who the CEO of the Company is and guess what? I'm still waiting to find out. When I filled in the link to Trust Pilot they sent me, surprise surprise it did not work. But hey Topvira the truth will out. All evidence available.Hope your CEO is not locked away in the Warehouse of truth as it seems to be on a planet far away.

Would not give any stars! What a joke of a company. Do not order from here. They advertise a product but send you a cheaper product, based in france apparantly but want you to send back to America at your cost! I even sent 2 pictures of what they advertised to what they sent and they still said i received the right product! Totally inept and immoral company, do not touch !

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company prior to making the order l read through the returns policy in case they did not fit which states free returns. When the shoes arrived they were not the shoes l had ordered. The shoes received were poor quality straps not stitched into the side of the shoe.l Sent email only to request a label for returns. Address came stating send back to the USA not the address on the returns policy which was from France. Also the company state l need to pay for the returns. I sent Topvira a copy of their returns policy. Only to receive a email stating not to argue with them and send the shoes to the address given. I sent a picture of the shoes identifying the stitching coming apart. Which was clearly not acknowledged. After a number of times requesting a label to send back still receiving the same statement send to the USA. This company seem to take money form people after issuing the wrong goods and poor quality knowing people would have to pay more then the goods are worth to return to the USA. Even when there not the correct shoes order.

What a load of crap ordered a lamp which was suppose to be made from a real WW11 helmet, Bayonet and bullets….. well the lamp that came is a total of 5” tall and not worth 65p let alone £65…… lesson learned start to real reviews before purchasing off internet

Ordered hand stitched leather shoes they arrived and found they were not leather and poor quality. beware this site is a con i am trying to get my money back but they have not replied to my emails
