"GREAT people & great customer service"

Hi all, I can't read anymore bad news and reviews for this company. I am 100% confident that they try their best to keep prices affordable and accommodation clean for all guests. I had a priviledge to meet Preeti ( previous negative reviewer) and I wished you could all see her room after she left the residence (burn carpet, stains on mattrass, and bathroom - filthy, for woman, disgusting - sorry to say). It is very hard to keep such a place without any 'visitors' .... firstly check your room, keep it clean and hygienic - clean place will keep you happy. x

The accomodations offered by these people are full of begs. This place and these people are dodgy.I rented a double room and I got so many bed bugs in my stuff. All rooms are full of bed bugs. Many times the there was leakage in ceiling. There was not hot water many times. The Cleaner who worked there looks dodgy and drunk all the time. The place is so unhygienic. There is a shared kitchen which is always very dirty even after so called cleaning.
Many times people are partying drinking alcohol and plays loud music in the kitchen during the night .Even after complaining 10-15 times nothing changed.
