I wish I had read the reviews before buying a product from these guys(Amazon Seller). The item I had is of very poor quality. I have followed the returns instructions and tried to contact T&A textiles requesting a postage paid returns address label. They recieve emails, as recorded by Outlook but just ignore them. Sadly I have noticed many other customers experience the same poor response when they need to send items back.Based on the number of negative reviews on here and on Amazon platform, maybe Amazon could take a bit more of an interest in poor sellers.

I purchased through wowcher bathroom matts but got delivered in a wrong colour. If you want to do return you need to contact mr M. Kamran tandatex.
I would classify his business as a big scam where he sells any items no matter what’s your order just to get rid of unwanted colours etc.
Wowcher should not trade with this business.
Overall very bad experience and still hasn’t heard from mr Kamran regarding my purchase.
