They are amazing, when I received the email with everything I needed to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro I0.
I installed it but it did not work so I emailed them and within 30 minutes I had a response with a repair for my problem.
Got it installed and it is working great.

I purchased this with the intent to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from a 32-bit one. Initially I was told it couldn't be done. I was finally told a media flash drive needed to be downloaded with windows then I needed to do a new install and select 64-bit at that time.
