Bought as a present. Delivery was fairly quick after purchase. Phoned day before advising of delivery. Product well packed. All in good order and all present. Tools seem of good quality.

The chest with tools turned up today, looks pretty cool but only time will tell. I emailed the company as i didnt receive a confirmation of my order, and to be fair to them they emailed me first thing in the morning confirming, which was great. My only gripe is you don't get a tracking number or any communication to inform you when it's going to be delivered, luckily I was home, usually I would have been at work, they can't exactly leave it behind the dustbin, it's massive and heavy so in my opinion could do with more communication with the customer regarding delivery. But overall my experience was pretty painless, it could have been a different story had i not been on a day off, but I would use them again.

Service was fantastic very fast and smooth. Had a fault with a screw driver within the set but made contact using email system as this got me a faster result and a replacement was sent out without an issue.
