Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size for the bracelet, and it ended up being too small. Since it was meant to be a gift, I was kinda upset and reached out to them somewhat hopelessly.

But they got back to me super quickly and kindly offered to help — even though the bracelet was personalized! They asked me to send it back so they could try to fix it, which I truly appreciated.

I bought it on July 28th and today, August 8th, I still haven't received it yet.
It was also not easy to reach the seller. My mails were not returned.
