The service was good and the team very supportive. The reason why I didn't give a 5 stars rate it is because he didn't book my tickets with the information provide on my passports but on a chat so our surnames weren't matching the one of our passports. As a consequence I had to pay am extra fee to correct their names. That wasn't my fault and they should have cover the costs as it was the operadores mistake. They apologise but didn't take responsibilities. Other than that, I felt the service was reliable and employee very kind
