"Paid but received no goods"

Placed an order on 1st October, told delivery in 14 days, told on 14th October they were waiting for delivery driver in our area. They are now not responding to emails, calls or texts. Only response was to delete a comment I made on Instagram asking her to reply. Disgusting service
