Just completed a flat roof using Classicbond EPDM purchased from Roofgiant . All materials were delivered quickly and are of top qaulity . I upgraded to the thicker 1.5 it went on really well laid flat and smooth. Roofgiant offers a one stop shop service using the flat roof calculator everthing is worked out for you in generous qauntities . I am not roofing pro but the finished results are superberb. Very pleased with Roofgiants service,

Excellent service kept fully informed right up until delivery. They even queried my order as I had a mix of black and white trim. Due to the complex profile of my roof perimeter I was a polypin short as well as a couple of Torx screws for the flashing sent them an email to which I received a prompt response and a couple of days later the additional fasteners arrived from their suppliers with no additional charge. "Great price but when received I…"

Great price but when received I realised I had ordered the wrong size. My mistake. However £20 per item restock and compulsory £40 collection fee is obscene.

"No response, No customer service, No delivery!!"

No one picks up the phone, and no response to emails. I got one response stating my delivery would be on the Friday - took a day off work to ensure I was there to check it. No delivery arrived. I have now cancelled the order and want a full refund. I would rather pay the extra and get the product and service I pay for. I can not afford to be messed about by incompetent people. Would not use this company again!

"No manned phones or webchat -not good communication"

Ordered goods on 11th August with 3-5 days delivery, on 22 no contact or goods, try to telephone but only voicemail, no response to emails either. Not impressed with customer service.
Update, I have cancelled the order as our customer decided the additional fittings made the product ordered too expensive, re communication, they did send me an email on 16th advising we needed an additional fixing for the product ordered, but did not tell us they had put the order on hold, my biggest issue is they do not man the phones or webchat and did not respond to email sent Friday until today.
But they have advised me they have processed a refund, I will of course return should the funds not be refunded as promised.

"Roof giant is the worst online company I have ever used."

I ordered corrugated roof flashing that arrived in a flimsy plastic envelope. it was also flat not corrugated but sales say you can mould it, that wasn't actually stated in the description and he photo was of a corrugated one..

The product arrived bent, twisted, curved at the edges and badly damaged. When I sent photos of the damaged item and asked for a replacement I was told there was nothing wrong with it nor will they send a replacement. They also demanded I pay for return postage of a damaged item. How disgusting is that.

Don't pay with a debit car pay with PayPal if you have an account then you can open a case and get a refund..

DO NOT USE unless you are happy to accept badly damaged products due to poor packaging because Roof Giant wont replace goods damaged in transit due to their cheap poor packaging or accept returns unless the customer pays return postage.

I will never ever use roof giant again absolute rubbish service, rubbish company.

I ordered 6 Velux windows. It was all super smooth and delivered on time. There are still lots of supply chain issues out there so I was expecting delays from Velux. This wouldn't have been Roof Giants fault anyway. They actually came quicker than I thought and at a good price. I will be using Roof Giant again for sure. Good comms and good service.

You cannot believe the incompetence of this company. 3 possible delivery dates assuming we had our own fork lift indicating a severe & worrying lack of communication at the top level, All phone responses have been polite & we were assured that things would be sorted, FINALLY arrived on 18 June with no fork lift needed, Why not in the 1st place?

"EPDM Shed Roof Kit"

Ordered an EPDM Shed Roof Kit. Arrived within a couple of days. Everything as described. Not as easy to fit on a large shed as is shown in the video, but seems watertight. Only time will tell how durable it is compared to the previous felt. Would recommend the metal edge trims for the sides.
