I called a number for Etsy who said their services are no longer available .. the voice recording told me to Etsycom/help/ support when I told them the situation on waiting for my order as it said undeliverable they said they will connect me to another platform for $1 and will be fully refunded. I was waiting to chat to someone and when they came on they said they have nothing to do with Etsy. I then realised I must have been conned and I stopped my card and looked on the account and they did 2 transactions equating to $70. I called them requesting a refund 3 hours ago and nothing happened . I cancelled my card . Ask.com are fraudulent and I did not subscribe for a membership .

This is a bait and switch -- don't fall for it. They tell you that to answer your question just pay $1 and it is refundable. The next thing you know is your account is charged $1 and another $38 for a monthly subscription you are now subscribed to. You can cancel of course, but they keep your $39!!! This all happened within a couple hour period of time today!

Now, if it’s a fact that I will not be charged beyond the $1.00 that I paid…I will have the utmost respect for your company and will sing it’s highest praises. I was told once I would not be charged and you attempted to charge my Venmo card $38.00!!!! It was declined. I am 68, fully disabled and have $2.00 to my name, literally!!! I can’t afford for you not to be true to your word!! Do the words, “hereafter” mean after the $38.00 charge goes through or nothing past the $1.00 I already paid. Please, please clarify this for me. Worrying is the very worst thing I can do for my health and I am VERY worried about this.
