Considering the shipping was free, the irregularity of shipping companies and the delivery date was changed twice, my computer was delivered in a reasonable time. The iMac was in good condition in spite of a half-dollar-sized puncture hole in the box. The attached instructions were very easy to follow. The young man who called to follow up on my order was very kind, polite and professional.
