Darren came out to deal with a faulty oven and quickly replaced the burnt-out element. He also helped to sort out a loose door glass for which no replacement part is now available and gave good advice about other maintenance of appliances. Everything done neatly and explained clearly. All very efficient and entirely satisfactory. This will be my first-call company for future needs.
