"Gorgeous, quality drapery!!!"

These custom drapes were so gorgeous. The quality is unmatched! I love how the fit in my home and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in quality drapery. They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. Would give them 10 if I could!

These are, by far, the best quality fabrics. It is better than we could have expected and I don't even know how we will narrow down the selections. The quality is a 10 out of 10. It's like Christmas looking at fabrics.

"Retour d'aerticle impossible le vendeur me ballade depuis 3 mois"

J'ai commandé (sur manomano) deux rideaux chez DECONOVO le 29 janvier, le 10 février j'ai envoyé un premier mail au vendeur en lui disant que je souhaitais renvoyer l'article (dimensions non adéquates) avec remboursement (renvoi dans le délai de rétractation).
Le vendeur m'a d'abord répondu qu'il était en vacances et qu'il allait s'en occuper à son retour, puis m'a envoyé un bon de retour en me disant ensuite qu'il ne fallait pas l'utiliser puis finalement un autre le 26 février.
J'ai renvoyé l'article le 10 mars avec suivi qui indique que le vendeur l'a reçu le 13 mars
N'ayant toujours pas eu le remboursement le 4 avril j'ai relancé le vendeur qui m'a répondu le lendemain qu'ils étaient à nouveau en vacances (!) et qu'ils allaient s'en occuper dimanche (donc le 7 avril).
Aujourd'hui 17/04 je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement et le vendeur ne répond plus ...
