The bathroom accessories I bought seem to be good quality, but they haven’t been put up yet so I can't tell yet.

"The mirror is great"

The mirror is great. The customer service was very good but the delivery let the experience down, I received an email on the day and exact time when the parcel should have arrived stating they had tried to deliver. This was clearly a lie and on checking I was advised that the delivery driver gone to the totally wrong address. The parcel was delivered next day.

Great price and quick delivery. Installed and working. Easy to install. But as I have no timer delay it’s an on off switch. I had to loop in T to L.
Although it didn’t say to do that in the instructions.

Nice useful detail including interior mirror which was a nice surprise. Could do with more adjustable shelf fixings to accomodate different size bottles. Downside is dim spot in centre of mirror.

I'm trying to finish a bathroom re-furb before this coming weekend, so ordered a cabinet from Pebble Grey as they offer a 'next day delivery service'. I trusted them and assumed they would do what they said.

I'm on Friday, day three, no sign of the cabinet.

I spoke to Pebble Grey today, washed their hands as I'm told it's a busy time of the year and next day is a best effort basis.

Been following the delivery van (DX) on their website yesterday and today. The van was remarkably close to my address but didn't quite make it. Didn't bother to let me know of course, they said "that's Pebble Grey's responsibility as they are their customer"

Wow, when it goes wrong it certainly does.
