Before we moved they came and quoted. The price was very good. Also gave us helpful advice for packing and getting ready for the move. Flexible and accommodating with dates.

On the move day, they arrived on time and prepared the house with protective materials on the floor and doors. Very respectful to us and how they handled our goods. The keys for the new house were delayed but Orwell said it was OK. No pressure at all from them. They worked so hard in the blistering heat. Always with a smile.

Hopefully we will not be moving again but if we ever did we would use them. Will recommend them to friends and family too.

The extra care taken in making sure all my furniture had been delicately wrapped and then placed. The movers were very considerate to ask where I wanted each piece of furniture to go. Overall a great service and would definitely recommend.

Craig, Hayden, Lee and Jack did a fantastic job packing and moving us to our new home last Friday. We know from Jack that the dream removal job is bungalow to bungalow but we were three storey to three storey house, so hard work for everyone but completed efficiently and carefully and with lots of humour! From the quotation stage to booking a date, packing and removal day itself, Craig is calm, professional and very reassuring. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Arrived at our home on time and loaded with no problems at all in a very efficient manner.

Arranged storage at last minute which was greatly appreciated, and then fitted us in to their already busy schedule and delivered to our new home a week later.

Excellent service, really took the pain out of moving home.

Arrived on time at 8:30 am, emptied home into van (no quibbles about any awkward items etc), drove to new home by 12:30 and unloaded finished approx 3 hours later.

Placed protective mats and covers on doors and floors in both homes and protective mats on items in van. No damage at all.

Nice, polite and hard working lads nothing was a problem, fair price too.

Will use again next time.

Orwell removals collected our furniture and stored it for us for 5 months.
After the 5 months we took delivery of our furniture at our new address. It arrived at the arranged time in a clean and impressive van. The workers were very polite, appropriately dressed and began work as soon as the van was safely parked. They both worked consistently hard until all of the furniture was moved into our bungalow and garage, always asking where we wanted the items placed.
All of the furniture was packed well in the van and arrived in a good condition.
The workers were polite and very respectful throughout whilst also making lighthearted conversation with us.
