Website still stated next day delivery - AFTER placing order there was a short not about some delays due to Simpler Recycling legislation but then received an email advising 2-3 weeks delivery time. You would think that with the deadline approaching some action would have been taken to prepare but no....

The customer service was excellent. I had unwittingly ordered a food waste bin without the lid cover and after reaching out to Recycling Bins received the lift bin cover without any fuss and more astonishing was told no payment needed.
All of the agents I had spoken with were helpful and professional but JON in particular was outstanding.

Ordered three bins, received three bins. If for some reason I require more bins,I would purchase them here.

I would like to amend my last rating...as the super guy in the office called Adam, sorted out my order, following my enquiry again today, on being promised bins yesterday... but receiving no confirmation.
I understand that it is a very trying time for all at the minute and despite all our best efforts, none of us have been able to get clients to put their orders in, in good time.
Once again, thanks go out to Adam, who has gone over & above assisting me today.. A credit to your team!

Excellent quality products and customer service. The bins were delivered quickly and in good condition. I received excellent customer service when enquiring about lids that I had forgotten to order which were dispatched the same day. Would highly recommend.
