I first encountered Pickering’s Gin in the shape of their Christmas Baubles. This led to a distillery tour and sampling some of their innovative flavours. (They’ll never get me to try the Brussels Sprouts one though!). It’s great to support a young and creative gin producer and I’m really enjoying my latest order of Pecan Pie Gin.
