Excellent service from Webhostuk

I signed up with this company recently a few months ago, after migrating from Smarthosts. My experience with this company has been so far, excellent. They care for their customers and support is very helpful, available when ever I needed them.
Servers are pretty fast and have not faced any downtime since my website has been with these guys. This company definitely needs a 5 star recommendation, which I am happy to give.

"Overcharged and under refunded!"

I can't really comment on the service itself, as I have been hosting for 4 years and have only uploaded a single, half-finished page to my hosting.
Realizing that I was wasting my money (my fault, not theirs), I cancelled my account in March 2017.
In May 2017, I got an email informing me that my service was suspended due to an overdue payment. When I logged in and checked back through my invoices I discovered that I had NOT failed to make a payment, but they had instead charged me for the service I had cancelled!!
This prompted me to look more closely at my invoices and I discovered that I had actually overpaid TWICE! An older double charge had been credited on my last invoice, but they still took full payment meaning I was now in credit for 2 years hosting on a service I had cancelled.
I contacted support and was informed that VAT returns had already been filed, meaning I could only have a refund for the most recent charge.
So now I have a whole extra year of service to undoubtedly make zero use of. Its one thing to waste my money though my own failings. It's an entirely more gaulling experience to have it wasted by someone else's mistakes. But at least their VAT returns will still accurately reflect them overcharging me!!

"Webhost.uk.net has been reliable provider with best support I was looking for.."

As a web designer I used many different providers in web hosting industry .. by business did not require something fancy , Just a provider which is available for support while I am transferring my customers contain or getting some technical error fixed or installation help. Which most of the giant companies dont provide good support or just ask for extra charge for every single thing. With WebhostUK the best part was support quit helpful and always available to help. five star to Webhost.uk.net customer support.
