I ordered 8 radiators for a client to replace the old ones, i received 7 the first day, then called up and was informed the 8th unit will be delivered the following day, i waited from 8-12am only to find that it was at the depot.
Spoke with customer services who said all they can do is resend the last radiator.
I waited the next day only to find i would have to wait all day with no guarantee it would be delivered.
I spoke with the Manager who did not care that i lost 2 days as a contractor waiting for a delivery, they would have preferred to return the 7 units and refund the 8th instead of offering any form of compensation.
This is probably the worst company i have dealt with that has no care for the customer whether it is trade or retail.
