I’ve used prime tools a couple times now for my work equipment. Their prices and delivery times are great. I recently had an issue with my order, gave them a quick call and a brief email and the issue was resolved immediately. Great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Quick delivery, however the product isn’t as good as expected. Takes ages to grease up, it feels as I would be better of using manual grease gun. Was excited it for now I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
