No it is not I said.Had he bothered to do a little research before he left would have helped. He did not introduce himself , smile, or have any form of ID.I could hardly understand his accent, and had to beg your pardon repeatedly. His regrouting was very basic, he left bits of stuff on the floor, I had to provide the paper towels to clean down the shower, and he used my bath to clean off his tools.So unprofessional and tardy, I will never use this business again
