Made my order and was happy but then I started getting demands for additional postage charges which I felt were ridiculous - for reference they wanted more than it cost me to recently send a package tracked to Egypt.
They ignored my emails and so I had to open a PayPal dispute which they ignored all the way until the day when I was able to escalate it to PayPal to get my money back before insuring a refund at the last minute. This kind of behaviour is wrong and indeed juvenile.
I am sure the products are good, just buy them from a reputable reseller as the direct shop is ran either by cowboys or by people who do not know what they are doing.

Good telephone advice
Good (telephone) tech advice as my car is not and everyday type being a Morgan of 22 years age. Ended up with 'Yellowstuff' pads and have only just fitted and done a couple of short runs but initial impressions are good considering I haven't really bedded them in properly yet.
Well a few days later and after a couple of hundred miles since fitting the Yellowstuff pads, they have bedded in nicely and are performing very well across the driving and temperature range.
I'll be replacing the pads on my Peugeot and Volvo cars next year with pads from EBC

Great well known products at reasonable prices. Keep sending the wrong brackets for mounting MTB callipers but got there eventually and we’re very helpful.

My parts arrived 3 days after ordering even during lockdown,well packaged with loads of padding.
Due to my own carelessness i picked the wrong model year of my car and the rear discs were the wrong size,on informing EBC of my error they were most helpful and offered a refund for these parts,outstanding service.
Special thanks to Tracey in sales admin who was very knowledgeable and didn't laugh at my mistake.
