Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."

Not really clear on me being in Thailand already. Said date of trip...well, I'm already here so just used midnight tonight until departure home. Talked to agent and they confirmed ok to buy while already in Thailand.
