We were diverted to Stanstead after storm Isha prevented us landung at Glasgow. We were coach driven to Birmingham and picked up by IQ Coaches for our onward journey to Glasgow.
The guys were absolutely brilliant. Kept us informed and looked after welfare for the entire journey through really challenging driving conditions.
Good banter between the guys as well. The two drivers that split the journey were really respectful and very competent given the aforesaid conditions. The older guy (with the beard) seemed to be the mentor to the others and was in our view absolutely fantastic. Well done to the guys and your staff. Please pass in our thanks.
