"FREC 3 Course"

I have done FREC3 course recently. Excellent course. I enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The content is well organised and focused on practical situations.
Kevin is a great instructor, explains the material clearly, with plenty of examples and practice.
Overall, i consider this a great course, with a great instructor and i would recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely loved this course. Damien was able to pitch the information at the right level & understood the need to adapt what you do & how you do it. His down to earth & common sense approach was spot on.

The practical was relaxed and his unusual technique for checking what we'd learnt/retained from the previous day had us all in stitches, very pleased to say that I was on the 'Penguin' winning team. The other participants were a delight & I learnt almost as much from them.

Inspirational, excellent quality and highly engaging CPD. This course fully equipped me for my role as a First Aider in school and gave me the confidence that I could truly make a difference in an emergency situation.
