"My customer service was ok"

My customer service was ok. The representative I spoke with was very nice, although the information you receive in the preapproved application does NOT say it is depending on final approval. It does lead you to believe you would be approved for that amount. They did not do a follow up once I sent over the requested information however the funds were available when they said they would be.
