Great crew working BUT sadly halo alarm does not work at my home due to poor cell coverage. Nova Scotia has terrible cell coverage throughout the entire province. Mia was so helpful and Matthew was so nice about me shipping the alarm back to Edmonton . I fell Feb 15 2022 and broke my left wrist in 3 places. Now have a steel plate and 6 screws to put it together. Really wanted this fall alarm to work for me
