"Een dikke pluim"

Na een goed advies en een mooie aanbieding van Roel hebben de mannen van Ali 8 stuks panelen op mijn dak gemonteerd. Dat hebben ze vakkundig en snel gedaan. Ze waren zeer klantvriendelijk en toen bleek dat ze in de kruipruimte moesten zijn, waar water in stond, was dat geen probleem. Een dikke pluim voor dit bedrijf.

Perfecte communicatie met Sergio en hele snelle afwikkeling. Hij reageert heel snel en is eerlijk. Binnen 2 weken lagen de panelen op mijn dak!

Where should I begin, this company has only on goal: making as much money as possible in as little time as possible. And (warning!) they are not the exception. The majority of companies providing the full "we'll handle everything", and are always in the first 100 hits when browsing for solarpanels, home-batteries or heat-pumps are utter cowboys from hell. The initial talk will tell you a fairytail that a.) Their system will pay off itself within 4 years and b.) You are nuts if you don't sign right now Now NOW! There are only experts working at the company but when you ask a slighty deeper question like what's the voltage on a home-battery, they don't have a clue. Does a heat-pump make sense in a 100 year old house with mediocre warmth isolation ? Does not matter, a heat-pump is only €10.000 and the diagram in the brochure shows that after 5 years you will actually make money by heating your house (this btw is absolutely not true). The crew that came to install the solarpanels consisted of 1 guy who knew what he was doing and 2 (I guess) friends that didn't. They were nice but slow because only the 1 fellow knew what to do and the other 2 didn't speak one word of Dutch or English which makes it fairly impossible they actually where Qinstall certified according to NEN1010 as was promised in the original offer. They started 3 hours late because their morning gig took longer then expected. No phonecall or text. So they were working untill completely in the dark and left in a hurry. Without testing the solarpanels and with a wifi router inserted into my home nework that was completely open. So I can look at a new app that tells me the solarpanels aren't producing anything. Great. The next day I received a bill for more then triple the amount that was agreed upon with 0 (!!!) days to comply. Yes, the solar panels had 3 folded in price overnight , didn't work and I had 5 more hours to pay up. tbc .....


So after I placed my review it dawned upon me why the overall Trustpilotscore of Solar Fast is so incredibly high. They pressured Trustpilot in asking me for my credentials or otherwise they would ask Trustpilot to delete my comment. So I did. But I’m sure I’m not the first negative reviewer that got nullified.

In a response from them they offer to talk things over to see if there is room for damage control. I will contact them but I’m not going to change my original review because that ís what has happened to me. And as I mentioned before I don’t think they’re a good example of the average “verduurzamer” in the field. As a matter of fact I think they actually stick out in a positive way. So there …
Nevertheless, if you’re thinking about going down this rabbit hole as well make sure you ask at least 10 companies to make an estimate. Always prefer the ones you have heard an actual customer tell you about and when you decide to go through with it; talk down the price at least 30 or 40%. My calculations show they work standard with a 200%-300% margin on labor AND all the materials. One dead giveaway is you will get you estimate where absolutely nothing is specified yet it does contain “happiness guarentee” … what the frog is that ? Good luck out there everyone ! Because the salesreps are absolutely topnotch (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). They are so good: if they were selling the Eiffeltower; I would have bought it. Twice. A shame their quality doesn’t rub off on the rest of these companies

"Zeer tevreden klant"

We hebben 20 panelen door Solar Fast laten aanleggen en zijn daar zeer tevreden over! Goed advies vooraf aan de aankoop. Keurige service tot aan de montage. En de montage zelf was netjes, snel en vakkundig. Ook de app was zo geïnstalleerd. Solar Fast is aan te raden, zeker omdat de prijs nog eens zeer concurrerend was. Laat de zon nu maar komen.

Duidelijke offerte en panelen konden snel worden geïnstalleerd.
Ook prettig om tijdens de installatie mijn wensen uit te spreken en deze werden dan ook gehonoreerd.

Ruim een jaar geleden bij Solarfast 10 zonnepanelen gekocht en laten monteren.
-keurige planning
-gelijk in bedrijf gesteld
-inclusief de aansluiting in de meterkast met elektricien
-duidelijke instructies van da app.
-ze werken net en verzorgd

Na een jaar is er een dakpan gebroken, waarschijnlijk een scheurtje in gekomen door vorst en regen. Een mail gestuurd en binnen 4 werkdagen twee monteurs langsgekomen en de dakpan vervangen!

Naast het aanvraag en regeling was de installatie van 'Team Ali' een zeer tevreden ervaring. Konden terplekke nog de zonnepanelen optimaliseren voor de beste opwekking. Zeer fijne ervaring van begin tot eind. Resultaat spreekt ook nog zich zelf. Solarfast is een aanrader van begin tot eind!

Enorm goede ervaring met Solar Fast B.V. Na het aanvragen van diverse offertes ben ik uiteindelijk voor Solar Fast B.V. gegaan. Een van de belangrijkste redenen was de fijne en vlotte communicatie met Illias. Daarnaast zijn de zonnepanelen kwalitatief en erg scherp geprijsd in deze concurrerende markt. Solar Fast doet zijn naam eer aan want vanaf het moment van bestellen tot aan de daadwerkelijke oplevering van het werk heb ik slechts 4 werkdagen hoeven wachten. Super bedankt voor de panelen en nieuwe groepenkast. Ik zou iedereen Solar Fast aanraden!
