We broke down and called to arrange recovery. We were requested to pay in excess of £700 for recovery for us and our vehicle. The vehicle was recovered privately and we paid in excess of £150 to catch a taxi with all our holiday belongings to get home as we were on our way to wales on holiday. Tomorrow we will set off in my wife’s car. We made sure we are covered by AA this time. I’ve emailed 2 gether insurance. Looking forward to their reply.
My advice is do not use these for breakdown cover
