"They are either incompetent or scam…"

They are either incompetent or scam artists. Possibly both. I ordered a hoodie from them and never received it. My call went right into voicemail. I clearly told them that if they didn't respond I would dispute the charge.
Perhaps they just hope that some people will forget and won't bother.

"DB has the best employees found anywhere in the USA. "

DB is the greatest company I have ever dealt with,they are the kindness. We had a shipment problem a year or so ago and when they got everything back in order on there in they made my order right, I didn’t have a receipt all I had was my name and date. They made sure everything that I had ordered my grandson received. They were out of a product and they replaced it with whatever he wanted. Most companies wouldn’t cared. DB is the best I am a customer for life.

This is my third purchase from Demons Basment. The first one never arrived but the second and third came through. Love the quality and the way the owner cares about his customers. The staff team is amazing as well

Emailed on of the people there, they were a really cool low to earth person and they understood/helped more than they should have with me. Even got my hoodie delivered early.

"Most Unprofessional Company You’ll Ever Experience"

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever bought from. I ordered two hoodies from here in September per a 2-6 week shipping policy. Well, it’s been seven months and despite adamant email and customer service correspondence, my item has yet to arrive. The customer service is the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. Each time I email about my order they always give me the runaround, telling me “it’ll be sent out with the next batch.” Again, it’s been seven months of this, and absolutely nothing. I emailed them recently asking for a refund, which they refused which I partially understand because the card I ordered from was lost, meaning they would have to refund to a different card, which is against Shopify’s rules. I get that, but they also sent a text to my phone recently saying my card was charged AGAIN for the order, and when I emailed them, they said it was an “April fool’s joke.” Don’t ever buy from this company, they operate like they are and probably are twelve years old.
