I've called and sent emails the day I received my order that I was missing one yard of my order. I haven't received any response. My very first order I was so happy that I placed another order for 3 times as much 2 weeks later. I'm unsure what happened but the company doesn't seem to have a problem losing a long term future customer for a few dollars.

I am really glad I found this company and the prices are great,shipping free and fast! However, the 6" rolls of organza ravel making it difficult to work with. The bows I made look beautiful but I had to cut the stringy fraying as I went along. Part of the problem seemed to be that on one end, the fabric would catch on the spool. I do really like the corsage pins.
