Used their service, not very friendly customer service, but it's business, so that is fine, went to purchase gold with my hard earned savings and was refused the second time, it was perfectly OK the first time, but was refused the second time, even after explaining my work details and could bring ID and proof of address, very demeaning and belittling.
But went to their competitors in Sandyford and got exceptional customer service and guidance, and they were very happy to take my hard earned money and business.

On receiving your reply, I would just like to add, that you quoted me as purchasing €10,000 in products, and you had no choice but to ask me for proof of earning, so just to expose your misleading information, allow be to correct you, I asked to purchase 2 items totalling €6,847 according to your own calculations, and if my math is correct, that is far below €10,000, so according to your own rules, I should not have been asked for proof of earning, but I don't expect a honest apology for your own mistake of twisting the rules, plus you also failed to mention this €10,000 ceiling, so using it now to bolster your viewpoint, is a outright dishonest.
So I just want others to be aware of your business dealings, so they do not end up feeling belittled, by your demeaning business practices, when there are other far more helpful places such as Goldcore Ltd in Sandyford who are extremely professional and walk you through step by step for small investors like me, they obviously value small investors, unlike Marrion Gold, who do not.
